The general objective of Strategic Planning is to transform the management of our institution to improve the quality of its actions, promoting the building of a model based on a strengthened decision-taking, shared leadership, teamwork, responsible social participation, and more flexible labour practices that meet the employees' diversity. To sum up, this is about promoting a management also based on evaluation for continuous improvement and participatory planning.
